🔐Deposit Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments for FIRST time clients. • This deposit goes toward your service total. • Reschedules made outside of 48 hours will retain the deposit for a future booking. • Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. —— ⏳Cancellation & Rescheduling • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Late cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the remaining balance. • No-shows will also incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance. —— 💳Card & Payment Policy • A valid card is required on file when booking. • Cards will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or unpaid balance. • Booking with insufficient funds, locked cards, or without intent to show may result in permanent booking restrictions. —— ⛔️Missed Payments • Unpaid fees must be cleared before rebooking. —— ⏰Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show. •We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and appreciate clients keeping us informed of any delays or scheduling changes whenever possible. —— 🚷No Extra Guests • For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests are allowed unless being serviced. • Please arrive alone to your appointment. —— 🧚🏽‍♂️Client Age Policy • I provide services to clients ages 16 and up. • Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to their first appointment to sign a parental consent form. • Valid ID is required at the time of service to verify age when necessary.
